Frequently asked questions.
Are you guys insured?
Of course! Never trust a bounce house rental company that doesn’t have insurance. We’re fully insured and licensed in the state of California.
How do you power a Bounce House?
All our bounce houses are powered by industrial blowers. If your event is held with an accessible power source (less than 75ft away), we’ll bring our extension cord and you’re all good to go! If you’re having your event at a park, you might not have access to power. If that’s the case we have generators that you can rent - both electric and traditional - to power the bounce houses!
I have my own generator, can I use that to power the bounce house?
Great question. As much as we’d love for you to be able to use your own generator for power, our insurance policy won’t allow for external power sources that haven’t been verified and accounted for. We think you’d love our eco friendly Electrical Power Bank. If cost is an issue, reach out to us and we can work something out.
I’m having my party at my local park, can I have a bounce house or soft play set up there?
Yes! For most parks in San Diego County, if you’re going to have a bounce house you’ll need to get a permit from the local authorities. They’ll likely want to see our insurance policy which we can send you and you should be good to go! There are no permits required for soft play.
If you live in a private community, please check with your HOA or local authorities to see if a permit is necessary!
What type of surfaces can you set up your bounce houses on?
We preferably want to set up on grass or turf, but we can set up on concrete and ashphalt as well. For safety (and insurance) purposes, we aren’t able to set up our bounce houses on gravel, sand, dirt, rock, or bark.
I need to cancel or reschedule, can I get my money back?
We understand that plans change. Cancellations more than a week out are 100% refundable. If you’d like to reschedule your event - because of conflicting plans, possibility of a rain, or for any reason, please let us know at least 2 days prior to your event. We will not set up our bounce houses in the rain or where winds are over 15mph. In the event that there is rain or strong winds in the forecast, you’ll have one (1) year to reschedule your event.
Do you clean/inspect your bounce house?
Of course! After the conclusion of any event we inspect our bounce houses and will spot clean the vinyl. Once we bring it back to our facilities, we will do a much thorough inspection on the bouncers. We use a non toxic, non abrasive, non flammable cleaner to clean all our bounce house and soft play equipment.
